Storage Policies

General

• Use of alcohol or drugs is prohibited at the storage facility.
• Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.
• When moving out of storage, remove ALL personal items and trash. Storage unit must be left clean and keys returned to receive deposit back.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be stored at the storage facility:

• Any living animals or plants.
• Firearms
• Explosives
• Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
• Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
• Stolen Items
• Hazardous Items of any kind
• Hazardous waste material of any kind
• Items that produce offensive or strong odors of any kind
• Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the Storage Stop
• Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the Storage Stop

Forbidden Uses

The Storage Stop is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:

• Playing of any type of musical instruments
• Garage sales, auctions, flea market sales or other public sales
• Working or living in the unit. This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting, etc
• Any illegal activities of any kind
• Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the Storage Stop

Failure to follow these policies will result in removal from the premises.

Quick Storage Tips
 
Please cover all mattresses and furniture with a tarp and always store them off the ground to resist dust.
Store only secure waterproof items on ground to prevent boxes and bags deteriorating.
